A registration is required for all WWIC 2018 participants. It is mandatory for the authors of accepted papers to: (i) register for the conference at the full “author registration” rate, and (ii) present the paper at the conference. The full author registration deadline is on the 24th of May, 2018. For authors with multiple accepted papers, after the first author registration, each additional paper can be registered at the general attendee rate.

All individual members of IFIP member societies plus all members of IFIP Technical Committees and Working Groups are entitled to a discount of 10% on the registration fees. To avail of this, you will need to enter a registration code at the final checkout. Please email:

with your valid membership identification number, which will be validated and a code to be applied at the registration checkout will be sent back to you.

Author and General Registration fee includes
• Participation in the conference

  • All lunches and coffee breaks
  • Banquet dinner ticket
  • Digital access to the conference proceedings

Student Registration fee includes all the above other than the Banquet dinner ticket. Proof of valid student status is needed at the registration desk at the conference venue.

Extra dinner banquet event ticket is $100

Registration Transfer Policy
All requests for registration transfers must be submitted via email to wwic2018-chairs@edas.info and received by 31st of May 2018.

Cancellation Policy
Owing to the short time window to the conference, we are unable to issue a refund/cancellation.
